Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Digital products, gift cards, and any perishable items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process
1. Initiating a Return:
- Contact customer support team at store of purchase to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- Once your return request is approved, the seller will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to them.
3. Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the seller cannot guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, the seller will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
