Davons Digital offers digital services including, but not limited to:
Website design and development
Website hosting and domain registration
CRM automation and integration
SEO setup and online booking tools
Business email and SSL certificate setup
Website training and maintenance
Custom projects may include a separate written agreement or scope of work.
A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to website launch or delivery of final assets.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Late payments may incur delays in service delivery.
You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, login credentials, etc.) in a timely manner. Failure to do so may affect delivery times or result in additional charges.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all content you supply.
Most packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs, which will be communicated in advance.
You may cancel a project at any time; however, any work completed up to that point will be billable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, you will own the final website design, content, or assets delivered. Davons Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
We may use trusted third-party services (e.g., Zoho, WordPress, Google Workspace) as part of your solution. You are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms.
If you choose our hosting or maintenance services, we’ll provide regular updates, backups, and support as outlined in your plan. Downtime or data loss caused by third-party providers or client actions may be outside our control.
While we take every effort to deliver high-quality service, Davons Digital is not liable for:
Any loss of business or profits due to downtime or website issues
Errors or delays caused by incomplete client materials or third-party outages
Security breaches resulting from weak passwords or unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, or if there is misuse, abuse, or illegal activity related to our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
